Great Location
The Mountain Valley Motel is open all year long. If you're a business traveler, you'll find that we are centrally
located in Northwest Michigan. The cities of Cadillac, Manistee, and Traverse City are within 35 minutes of our door. If your in the area on vacation, we are close to dozens of waterways, golf courses and scenic attractions.
Accommodations
Our alpine style facilities include 20 clean comfortable rooms. 10 rooms have two double beds and 10 have one double
bed. We also have cots available if you like. All rooms include a telephone and television. Desks and refrigerators are included in some rooms. Free VHS movies are also available and we have a microwave in the office that our guests can use to heat
up a quick snack. Popcorn and some snack foods are also available in the office.
Recreational Room
One of the features of the Mountain Valley Motel is a large rec. room. Many of our guests find this an excellent
place to relax and stretch out a bit. Family groups staying with us for a weekend vacation or family reunion in
the area find this a great place to socialize. The Recreation Room has a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, large screen television, juke box, and cooking
facilities. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, and tables for groups and parties. The room is 36' X 45'
and includes restrooms.
Rates and More
The Mountain Valley Motel features a continental breakfast on weekends with juices, pastries, and coffee for our
guests. Rates range from $45.00 to $75.00 per night and reservations are suggested, especially during the busy
summer, fall and winter seasons. Cancellation Policy: 48 hours. Multiple rooms and holidays - 30 days. Pets are
welcome too. $10 per night per Pet with $25 refundable damage deposit. Office hours are - 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
daily.
